Why this exists

I'm David Osei. I coach wrestling and football and train people one-on-one, and the pattern is the same everywhere: people don't fail for lack of wanting it. They fail because the first step was never made small enough to take on a tired Tuesday.
The 30-Minute Budget Starter is that first step for money. The categories are named, the percentages come from what a $38K–$62K household actually spends (not from a rule that was written for a different income), and the whole thing is designed to be done in one sitting and then kept alive in fifteen minutes a payday.
